Medha Puranik is a dual-licensed lawyer with over eight years of experience across Ontario and India, advising businesses on the contracts that drive growth and the disputes that test them.

Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario and the Bar Council of India, Medha brings hands-on knowledge in the commercial agreements that modern businesses depend on — SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, EPC contracts, employment contracts and more. She knows where the risk sits in these agreements and what it costs when they are not done right.

Before building her Ontario practice, Medha spent six years advising major utility companies in India on commercial contracts, regulatory compliance and high-value disputes. She holds an LLM in Corporate and Finance Law from O.P. Jindal Global University.

Committed to accessible justice, Medha is rostered with Legal Aid Ontario and provides notary services.
During her free time she enjoys hiking and reading books.
